Traffic School
Since we are working with a state approved school in Florida, all counties and cities are approved.
This course is the Florida 4 Hour Basic Driver Improvement Course (BDI & TCAC) and is approved by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.
Certificate Delivery
Once you have successfully completed the course, we will mail out the certificate to you the next business day for you to submit to the court. Federal Express service is available if needed. If you are taking the course for Palm Beach or Broward County, certificates will be downloaded directly to the courts the next business day after successfully completion of the course. We will mail a hard copy of the certificate for your personal records. If a duplicate certificate is needed, please contact customer service at 1-800-505-5095.
Re-Testing
If for some reason, you fail to pass the final, you will be instructed to contact us by phone for additional questions to be asked, so that you may have another chance to pass the course.

How long do I have to complete the course?
Thee course allows up to 90 calendar days to complete the 4-hour course once you have registered. Our customer service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What are the benefits of traffic school?
Points will not be charged against your driver license
Civil penalties are reduced by 18%.
Is this course state approved?
Yes! We are state approved by the Florida DMV.
What are the requirements for successful completion?
In order to pass the course you must:
- Attend the full 4-hour course. Do not attempt to circumvent the course. Accurately answer course content and personal validation questions
- Score a 80% or better on the final exam
What if I score too low on the final exam?
If you score too low on your final examination, you will be allowed to retake the final exam one more time. You will be able to review the course material online and then retake your final examination over the phone with a licensed instructor.
How will I receive my Certificate of Completion?
A copy of the certificate will be mailed to you or the court and to the DMV.
What happens if I get disconnected?
If you get disconnected from your internet provider for any reason, simply reconnect and log back into the course. You will start on the segment you left off and your performance will not be affected.
Can I start the course at one location and continue at another?
Yes! Our course is designed to be convenient. You may take the course 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can access the course from any location that has internet access.
